Art Club is built for families. We have 2 sessions running, Primary + (Age Guide: 5 - 8) and Messy Middles (Age Guide: 9-12).
Primary + Our 3:45 afterschool session is our simplest Art Club aimed at the lower primary years: Age Guide: 5 - 8.
Messy Middles Our 5pm afterschool session gives kids and parents a little more room for invention and self expression to get the creative neurons firing! Age Guide: 9-12.
We run the same sessions 3 times a week allowing more families to join in the fun :)
We want to provide a creative space for our younger children to explore materials, colours, shapes, and mark making - Supporting them in understanding how the world works and allowing them space to express themselves creatively.
Families groups work together in these sessions, every visit is a new project based on our Artist of the week. Check out our Awesome Artist Schedule
Reception children under 5 are welcome, though they may need more support from their carer or guardian with fiddly bits and staying on task.
Older siblings are a great addition to a family group and are more than welcome to come and help younger siblings.

All attendees aged 3+ require a ticket.
These classes are not suitable for littles who like to explore with their mouths.
Our arts activities encourage:
> Learning to use scissors, glue and paint,
> Mixing colours and materials,
> Sorting small shapes and pieces,
> Understanding the world around us and ourselves,
> Creativity, storytelling and imagination.
The goal:
> Learn about a new artist.
> Meet other families.
> Have fun getting messy and artsy (without all the prep or clean up!).
Safety Message : Children under 12 need to be supervised by an accompanying adult. There will be small parts, non-toxic (but NOT edible) paints, glue and pens. This session is not suitable for children who are still exploring with their mouth.
